All users of this website must ensure they read the specific terms & conditions which are specifically related to that specific event before purchasing any of our services. No judgement or warranty is made with respect to such other services or sites and TIMERYDER PRODUCTIONS takes no responsibility for third party sites or services. A link to another site or service is not an endorsement of that site or service. RETURNS POLICY:
We will only accept returns of items from our shop within 14 days of receiving the item/items, but only on the basis of the said item/items being faulty or damaged. We will NOT accept returns in regard to any personalised products on the basis of 'you' the customer, ordering the wrong size, design, colour or font. We reserve the right to refuse any return at our own discretion, as long as it abides by the governing laws.
EVENTS:
We reserve the right to postpone, reschedule or cancel any event at any time. Full refunds will only automatically be given in the event of a total cancellation. If an event is postponed or rescheduled for a different date or location, all ticket holders will be made aware of the postponement or rescheduled date and that they are still entitled to request for a full refund at the time of or during the postponement period.
Ticket refunds will no longer be permitted after or within the 4-week window/period leading up to the event date.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual at any of our events as long as it abides by the governing laws. Entry to any of our events are subject to the discretion of security or management. Entry will be denied to any individual if they are clearly showing signs of being too intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, this also includes the removal of said persons.
We reserve the right to detain any individual if caught in the possession or use of any illegal drugs or weapons and they will be detained until the authorities arrive.
We reserve the right to request identification at any time during any of our events. We proudly use the 'Challenge 25' policy in regard to the sale of alcohol at all of our events. Refusal to present identification when requested by any of our staff, may result in the removal of said individual.
Any individual or group of individuals breaching the peace, voicing anything derogatory or being offensive in any way, shape or form at any of our events, can and will be removed from the premises without warning. We always ask all attendees who attend any of our events to respect the venue/property, all management, security guards, staff members and most importantly each other.
MEET & GREETS:
All meet & greets are not guaranteed and are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be voiced by management on the day. We have very limited control over any celebrity guests we book to appear at our events. Due to the nature of most RSK related celebrities being actors and them not knowing what commitments they may need to adhere to at the time of the convention... celebrity appearances can change at any time without notice. All of our meet & greets are for free, however... there may be a charge if you require a selfie & a signed photo with any of our special guests. Prices for a selfie and a signed photo may differ depending on the specific celebrity in attendance, but our usual price is only around the £10 mark. Any specific items that you would like to bring and be signed by our celebrity guests will need to be prearranged and approved by management prior to your arrival.
DJ SERVICES:
We will always endeavour to honour every booking and always try our utmost best to find a cover DJ if the DJ originally booked falls ill or is no longer able or capable to for fill the booking for whatever reason. Thankfully, we have a good network of mobile DJ's we can call upon in an emergency if required. We have never actually let a client down in all the years of doing mobile DJ services, however... we still unfortunately cannot guarantee 100% that we can find sufficient cover to for fill any booking if the worst case scenario arises. We reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time. If in the unlikely event we did need to cancel a booking, then the customer will be notified immediately and refunded in full. We would try our utmost best to issue the refund as soon as possible, so the customer has the funds available to book another DJ themselves at short notice if required. If in the unlikely event that a customer cancels a booking after paying a deposit or remaining balance for their booked event, no refunds will be issued unfortunately.
All bookings are subject to availability. All bookings require a £150 non refundable deposit upfront to secure the booking. The remaining balance is required to be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to the event date. Failure to pay on time can result in your booking being cancelled and you losing your deposit. We reserve the right to charge customers additional fees on top of what was originally quoted if any of our DJ's incur any unforeseen obstacles or costs which were not originally mentioned or disclosed at the time of the booking. We reserve the right to cancel a booking during an event if any of our DJ's equipment or vehicle's are damaged by any of the guests or staff in attendance at that particular venue, if any of our DJ's are harassed, threatened, physically or verbally abused in anyway, shape or form. No refunds will be issued if this was ever the case. Our DJ's safety and wellbeing are always paramount.
Any accidental damage caused by you, or any of the guests in attendance at your party/function, of any of the equipment used or supplied by our DJ's, will be billed to the original person/s who made the booking. This also includes any stolen items. Bills issued will need to be paid within 1 week after the bill has been received. Failure to pay for damages or stolen property within that 1 week time frame, may lead to legal proceedings being taken against you.
It is advised to purchase our one off 'Equipment Insurance Cover'
This insurance is to cover you (the client) if there were to be any accidental damages caused by you, or any of your guests in attendance, to any of the DJ's equipment, whilst on a Licenced or Residential premises. You (the client) and any of the guests in attendance, will not be liable to pay for any accidental damages. You (the client) Us (the DJ) and all of your guests in attendance, will also all still be covered by our Public Liability Insurance Policy, in the event of any personal injuries or any accidental damage caused to the property by Us (the DJ) or by any of their equipment.
This is a one off insurance cover, which is only valid for the duration of your one off party/function booking.
If in the unlikely event that you (the client) or a guest, are found to have stolen or deliberately damaged any of the equipment supplied or used by the DJ, or have caused damages due to clear and obvious neglect, will lead to legal proceedings being taken against that said person or individuals. The original person/s who made the booking will legally be obliged to disclose the identification of said person/s, in the event of that said person or individuals prematurely leaving the party/function and failing to disclose their details to the DJ. Failure to disclose the identification of said guest/s may lead to legal proceedings being taken against you (the client) instead.
PLI & PAT certificates are available upon request.
Wedding bookings may be subject to additional fees or surcharges, depending on how much additional prep time and effort is required in the lead up to the day of the event. We will try our utmost best to foresee and include these fees or surcharges prior to quoting, however... some unforeseen additional time or tasks may arise and be required after the initial quote/booking has been accepted. The person/s who originally made the booking will be billed after the event or the additional fees will be added to the final balance which is expected to be paid 4 weeks prior to the event. We will charge a base rate of £50 per hour for any additional tasks or hours spent.
PHOTOBOOTH HIRE:
All bookings are subject to availability.

Bills issued will need to be paid within 1 week after the bill has been issued. Failure to pay for damages or stolen property within that 1 week time frame, may lead to legal proceedings being taken against you.

DONATIONS:
All donations made are non-refundable. Anyone who donates fully understands these terms and conditions.
