All users of this website must ensure they read the specific terms & conditions which are specifically related to that specific event before purchasing any of our services. RETURNS POLICY:
We will only accept returns of items from our shop within 14 days of receiving the item/items, but only on the basis of the said item/items being faulty or damaged. We will NOT accept returns in regard to any personalised products on the basis of 'you' the customer, ordering the wrong size, design, colour or font. We reserve the right to refuse any return at our own discretion, as long as it abides by the governing laws.
EVENTS:
We reserve the right to postpone, reschedule or cancel any event at any time. Full refunds will only automatically be given in the event of a total cancellation. If an event is postponed or rescheduled for a different date or location, all ticket holders will be made aware of the postponement or rescheduled date and that they are still entitled to request for a full refund at the time of or during the postponement period.
Ticket refunds will no longer be permitted after or within the 4-week window/period leading up to the event date.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual at any of our events as long as it abides by the governing laws. Entry to any of our events are subject to the discretion of security or management. Entry will be denied to any individual if they are clearly showing signs of being too intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, this also includes the removal of said persons.
We reserve the right to detain any individual if caught in the possession or use of any illegal drugs or weapons and they will be detained until the authorities arrive.
We reserve the right to request identification at any time during any of our events. We proudly use the 'Challenge 25' policy in regard to the sale of alcohol at all of our events. Refusal to present identification when requested by any of our staff, may result in the removal of said individual.
Any individual or group of individuals breaching the peace, voicing anything derogatory or being offensive in any way, shape or form at any of our events, can and will be removed from the premises without warning. We always ask all attendees who attend any of our events to respect the venue/property, all management, security guards, staff members and most importantly each other.
MEET & GREETS:
All meet & greets are not guaranteed and are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be voiced by management on the day. We have very limited control over any celebrity guests we book to appear at our events. Due to the nature of most RSK related celebrities being actors and them not knowing what commitments they may need to adhere to at the time of the convention... celebrity appearances can change at any time without notice. All of our meet & greets are for free, however... there may be a charge if you require a selfie & a signed photo with any of our special guests. Prices for a selfie and a signed photo may differ depending on the specific celebrity in attendance, but our usual price is only around the £10 mark. Any specific items that you would like to bring and be signed by our celebrity guests will need to be prearranged and approved by management prior to your arrival.
DONATIONS:
All donations made are non-refundable. Anyone who donates fully understands these terms and conditions.
